Delete your account

You can delete your Littr account from here, or from inside the app under Account → Delete account. Either way it's permanent, so you may want to download a copy of your data first.

What gets deleted

Your username, email address and password
Your profile photo
Your XP, level, day streak and badges
Every photo you uploaded, erased from our storage

What stays

The litter you marked stays on the community map, with your name detached from it — so the map doesn't develop holes and places other people have already cleaned don't reappear as unreported. Once your name is gone and the photos are destroyed, what's left is a coordinate, a litter type and a date, which isn't personal data. If a photo of yours shows someone identifiable and you'd rather it were removed outright, email us and we'll do that instead.
